To further improve our service quality, by simply fill in the web form below, follow by our confirmation email, your H.I.D. watch will be offered an additional 12-months warrantee period extension (total 24-months).

All our watches come with a standard 12-months (terms & condition apply) warranty at the date of purchase. However, we do also offer an additional 12-months (total 24-months) warranty upon owner provide basic contact information such as phone number / email address as proof of ownership, which will be kept ONLY for our own internal purpose and will not be forwarded to any 3rd party. This policy applies to all registered users of using the service of H.I.D. online warranty system. From time to time, H.I.D. will update and change the policy which H.I.D. think it is necessary.Please read the following carefully to understand our policy and practices regarding how your personal information will be treated. CollectionH.I.D. collects information from the registered user that is not otherwise publicly available.
